How to request a refund

Send an email to contact@savoirancien.com with:
— Your order number
— The email used for the purchase

We process all requests within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
The refund is then made within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used.

Right of withdrawal for digital products

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent and the consumer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

By finalizing your purchase of Grandma's Remedies Bible, you expressly agree to:
— That the digital content be delivered to you immediately by download
— That this delivery begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period
— That you thereby waive your legal right of withdrawal

However, our 7-day commercial guarantee still applies as a gesture of confidence.

Special cases

Download not received: if you haven't received your download link within minutes of your purchase, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, write to us at contact@savoirancien.com — we'll resend it within 24 hours.

Expired link or technical problem: we'll send a new link unconditionally, for life. Just write to us.

Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the Bible twice, contact us within 30 days for an immediate refund of the duplicate.
